Certification Program Manager

Gina Cairo is the Certification Program Manager with the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology (CBIC). She has over nine years’ experience in managing certification programs and working with Subject Matter Experts (SME).  Prior to working with CBIC, she began her career in certification with the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE). 

She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a minor in Management Information Systems. 

In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking and spending quality time with her family and friends.
